All wigs can be purchased for same day delivery if you live in Jacksonville, Fl. In order to have same day delivery you have to order before the cut off time of 3:00p and all orders should be delivered by 10pm. However due to traffic, delivery location and/or any other extenuating circumstances some delays may occur.

Ordering outside of Jacksonville please allow 3-5 business days to get purchase.

Once wig is purchased there will be "NO REFUNDS". If there is a problem with your wig please contact me via email "2xcollectionn@gmail.com" or via our business line 689-345-4312. Please allow at least 12-24 hours for me to respond.

Due to Covid-19 there may be shipping delays. Once tracking numbers have been sent out all questions regarding orders should be directed to the postal service.
